Allan Gerald Kanyike, better known as Dynamite, was a well-known socialite in Kampala. There has not been a lot of information surrounding Mr. Dynamite’s demise, despite the news of his passing spreading through social media channels.

Allan Kanyike is known for his love of bands and often frequents locations with live music. He often performs at venues where bands perform and at Alex Muhangi’s Comedy Store. Kanyike, who has dual citizenship in both Uganda and the UK, moved permanently to Uganda and uprooted his family there in order to spend his last days on earth.
Allan Kanyike passed away last evening in the hospital where he had been fighting a fatal illness for his life. According to some of the information spreading on social media, Kanyike passed away today at Nsambya Hospital.
“SAD NEWS… Allan Kanyike aka dynamite who used be at Comedy Store had a brain haemorrhage . He is at St Patrick’s ward in Nsambya hospit. Sadly God has called him. RIP,” wrote Blogger.
He has publicly said in interviews that he made prudent investments and is present to fully enjoy life. He owns properties in Ntinda’s Minister’s Village, a construction business, and other interests. His friendliness will be much missed by people who have been hanging out with him.
