Singer Spice Diana’s tenacious work ethic has made Moses Ssali, aka Bebe Cool, proud of the artist and role model she has become. Spice Diana has a strong work ethic, and Bebe Cool praised the Source Management vocalist for working hard to reach her goals.
Spice Diana was praised by the leader of the Gagamel Entertainment team as he thought back on how she and her manager Roger Lubega had contacted him to ask to work together. He acknowledged that he had rejected to offer her a partnership but had instead given her advice on how to build a strong, independent brand so that when he did, he could convince her that it would be desirable to work with him.

He observes that after Spice Diana followed his suggestion, she now almost calls him every two months to thank him for the wise counsel he provided.
