Distilery of Modern Art is looking for an Assistant Manager for our Front-of-House. We are looking for people who are passionate about great hospitality, taking care of guests, and striving to do better every day. Applicants should have:
– at least 3 years of hospitality experience, and experience with prior management experience
– knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and service standards
– A high attention to detail
– experience with multi-tasking roles
– Readiness to work nights and weekends
– A willingness to collaborate
– a confident and humble attitude
Responsibilities will include
– On-site set-up and management of Distillery of Modern Art Events
– Cocktail Bar management
– Scheduling
– coordination and collaboration between multiple departments of the distillery
