A seasoned performer like Cinderella Ssanyu alias Cindy Sanyu marrying should be cause for great joy in the entertainment industry, right? This was not the case, as the singer married her husband, Atiku Joel Prince, on Saturday.
There was a notable absence of top brass in Uganda’s entertainment circles, which surprised many.
Cindy Sanyu is widely regarded as one of the very best in the industry, and it was widely anticipated that her wedding would be lavishly blessed by the industry.
However, music veteran Ragga Dee was on hand to support his old friend as he performed for the guests, recalling his days as Uganda’s best entertainer.
Nonetheless, the wedding went off without a hitch, and Cindy was all smiles as she tied the knot with her new love. In addition, Cindy is the President of UMA, the organisation which comprises of many top artistes.
However, this isn’t the case, artists who congratulated their fellow are very few according to the expectation.
Due to the weight of her womb, the heavily pregnant singer had difficulties walking. Her first child with Prince Joel is due any day now.
