Rickman Manrick who is now dating Sheilah Gashumba, a socialite, has become the new face of Next Media Services’ NBS TV after landing a role as one of the cast members for the NBS After Five show.
She’ll be working with MC Kats, Douglas Lwanga, DVJ Mercy, and DJ Roja.
Following her hiring, many naysayers came forward to criticize NBS for hiring someone who had mocked Ugandan televisions and made them appear exploitative.
Despite the fact that many people are mocking Sheilah’s return to the television set, her boyfriend Rickman Manrick appears to be overjoyed that his sweetheart has finally landed a day job.
“The Queen of Tv is back. Proud of you Sheilah C Gashumba. Blessings follow you liquid diamond,” Rickman posted.
Sheilah Gashumba drew the wrath of the social media arm after she chastised NTV for paying her peanuts, after which she vowed never to work on Ugandan televisions again, saying she’d rather drive an Uber.
Rickman Manrick Biography
Rickman Manrick is the stage name of Derrick Ddungu. He was born in Kampala, Mengo, and raised there (Bakuli).
He is a songwriter, poet, and professional footballer, as well as a rnb, reggae, and dancehall artist. Geoffrey Timo oversees his management.

He is now dating Sheilah Carol Gashumba, a daughter to Frank Gashumba. Sheilah has been in many relationships including her recent one with God’s plan.
However, in the recent rumours, Sheilah Gashumba and Rickman Manrick are planning for a visit to her father Frank.
