Naava Grey Biography;
Naava Grey, Asha Naava Zziwa’s stage name, is a Ugandan musician who was one of Uganda’s representatives on the third season of Tusker Project Fame in 2009.
Along with the Undercover Brothers Ugin Uganda, Amos & Josh in Kenya, and Rwirangira in Rwanda. She is one of the few candidates from the academy who have remained active after the competitions.
However, Naava began performing music after winning the Tusker Project Fame competition in 2008. She was signed to Fenon Record right away and released her two hit singles, Aliba Omu and Nteredde. This however was from her self-titled album, which she released in 2015. Naava Grey was one of the divas picked to play at the Serena Hotel in Kampala’s Qwela Junction in November 2015.
