The distressing chain of events began when Tumwekwase discovered his wife, Vian Niwamanya, engaged in an intimate relationship with his friend James Rweka, in their bedroom. Overwhelmed with anger, Tumwekwase lost control of his emotions, leading to a tragic outcome.
