Days after being proposed to by a Kadama (Housemaid in Saudi Arabia) named Mbabazi Enid, singer Bruno Kiggundu aka Bruno K recorded a song praising all Ugandans working abroad as Housemaids.
The song “Kadama” was inspired by the hardships, pain, and suffering that young women face in Arab countries.
According to the singer, Ugandans do not show enough love and respect to women. So the song was written to honor them.
“These young ladies working in the Middle East haven’t been appreciated enough by society and many people especially on social media have tried so much to diss the jobs they do yet they earn more than most of you back here at home,” Bruno said.
Bruno also promised to work hard to improve their image.
The singer also confessed his feelings for them.
“To all the proud Kadamas, boss ladies, house managers, I love you so much and I have alot of respect for you my people,” Bruno.
The song is scheduled to be released on January 21, 2022.
