Dembe FM presenter DJ Jacob Omutuuze has revealed that he will be arraigned before the courts of law in Dubai on Thursday, December 9th, 2021.
DJ Jacob Omutuuze stated in a video that there is an allegation that his passport number committed a crime in Dubai, which is why he was arrested and detained.
He is unsure of which court he will be arraigned in. But one of the Ugandan employees, Elizabeth, advised him to prepare to face judges today.
DJ Jacob maintains that he has never committed a crime in Dubai and has never had a layover there. Because he always passes through Dubai on his way to other destinations.
He emphasized that a similar incident occurred to him when he was traveling to Turkey. And was detained by Dubai immigration on the grounds that he was a Nigerian with an illegal passport.
He explained that the first time the incident occurred, he checked into the Dubai Embassy in Uganda, but he did not receive assistance from the consulate because he was tossed up and down on several occasions until he gave up.
