Edris Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo, a Ugandan musician, has expressed his joy on social media after being named AFRIMA’s Best East Africa Male Artist of the Year.
Eddy Kenzo has released a video in which he thanks AFRIMA for honoring and awarding him. As well as his fans for their support.
He also thanked singers Spice Diana and B2C musicians for traveling all the way to Nigeria to represent Uganda at the awarding ceremony.
Kenzo, a BET award winner, beat Tanzania’s Diamond Platinumz, Harmonize, Ali Kiba, Rwanda’s Meddy and The Been, Khaligraph Jones, Otile Brown, and Ethiopia’s Gildo Kassa.
However, after winning this award for the second time, Kenzo demonstrates that he is unquestionably one of the most talented musicians on the African continent.
In addition, the awards took place on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at the Eko Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria. Where an entourage of African acts converged.
