Shanitah Namuyimbwa alias Bad Black, a city socialite, is being pursued by a car dealer on allegations that she defaulted on a Shs2.5 million bond when she hired a car from them.
Bad Black is said to have hired the car earlier this year to help her move from one location to another, according to the information gathered by this website.
Bad Black is said to have rented the car for more than a month but returned it with damages, including a shs500k windscreen.
They resorted to going public about the matter in the media. According to the car dealer, Robert, after Bad Black blocked them on her social media platforms.
They also revealed that she has been avoiding their calls since they began demanding that she pay a debt that has been outstanding for three months.
After Bad Black bleached the agreement she had made with Robert when she hired the car in June. The latter was forced to use special powers to reclaim the vehicle from her when he threatened to involve the media.
Bad Black allegedly handed over the car keys to him and agreed to pay the default arrears in two weeks. She, on the other hand, has yet to keep her word.
After the first one bounced when they discovered she had moved from her old residence in Butabika. Robert and his colleagues are seriously considering serving Bad Black with another intent to sue notice.
