We’re seeking a highly experienced, dedicated host with the ability to appropriately represent the company in this front-facing position. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements:
– strong organizational skills
– food and beverage knowledge (especially spirits)
– attentiveness to detail (floorplan layout, cover counts, pacing, etc.)
– strong communication skills
– a sense of grace and professionalism at all times and especially during volume
– one to two years of restaurant experience preferred
