Kawempe Municipality MP Mohammed Ssegirinya has finally been granted bail. The MP has been rumored dead for more than two times on social media. Following this however, the family of Ssegirinya dismissed the rumors saying that their son is still alive. Today, the court in Masaka has granted him bail.
This was on a virtual hearing. He is seen with can seen in his poor health condition.
Details of the hearing will be provided. People thanked NUP for the support in this case and council Malende Shamim who never gave up on the celebrated MP.
Ssegirinya and Allan Ssewanyana were both convicted of the Bijambiya incidents that happened in Masaka.
