A few weeks ago, the surprising news broke that Masaka businessman Emmanuel Lwasa and Vanessa Vanny had reconciled and were contemplating a shared future. Nevertheless, persistent rumors hinted at his continued communication with his former flame, Angel Kwakunda. The enigmatic businessman and socialite, however, vehemently refutes both allegations.
In an exclusive conversation with Spark TV’s Daily Soup, Emmanuel Lwasa unveiled his candid perspective. He boldly declared his disinterest in women, attributing it to their perceived materialism. “I am fed up with women, I’m so over them,” he asserted with conviction. “All women are so materialistic. I am now pretty single. I have spent over a month without seeing Angel (Kwakunda). She is posting very old videos, I’ve seen some of them as well, but they are old.”
His decision to sever ties with the female gender, he clarified, arose from their perceived curse: “All women are cursed. I chased them out of my life, and I no longer want to associate with them. They come showing intentions of love but end up wanting to take my money.”
Curiously, when probed about whether financial troubles were driving his exit from the dating scene, Lwasa remained resolute. He affirmed that he had no qualms about being labeled “broke” as long as he had shelter, sustenance, and funds in his bank accounts.
“I have no issue with being called broke. I have never wanted to be called rich anyway. If I have my money and you call me poor, it actually makes me happy,” he added, concluding the intriguing discourse on a note of unapologetic self-assuredness.
