Due to purported outside pressure, Alien Skin’s concert, initially scheduled for February 21st, will no longer take place at Hotel Africana.
According to Alien Skin, the cancellation was made to impede his advancement rather than out of security concerns.
The musician promises fans that the event will still take place at a new site, which will be revealed soon, despite the setback.
Alien Skin has declared that the Hotel Africana, where his next performance was initially planned for February 21st, will no longer host the event.
Just a few days ago, the head of Fangone Forest announced plans for his third major performance. However, Hotel Africana has withdrawn from the site due to unforeseen circumstances.
Alien Skin took to his social media accounts to assert that outside pressure, not the stated official grounds, was the cause of the cancellation.
“Hotel Africana was forced to cancel my concert, not by choice, but by pressure from those who are biased against my progress.
They claim overcrowding, possible destruction of property, and security concerns, but we know the real reason. They fear the numbers, the impact, the movement. But nothing can stop what’s already written. New venue coming soon.” – Alien Skin said
Nobat Events was in charge of organizing the event, and fans are now anxiously awaiting word on the alternative location.
