Diamond Platnumz, the CEO of Wasafi Records, has left many in awe by flaunting his swanky home in Dar es Salaam. However, this website understands that Platnumz is only renting the mansion.
The multibillion-dollar crib was apparently put up for sale a few months ago, but none of the customers could afford it. As a result, the owner, identified as OG Lazaro, agreed to rent the house to Diamond for $2500 per month.
A close source to the businessman revealed this shortly after Diamond Platnumz claimed he built the house himself.
With the stories going viral on social media, the real estate agents allegedly reduced the price of the house to TSh 2 billion (about UGX 3,083,800,00), which the TZ sensational singer coughed up.

In October of this year, Diamond’s former manager, Ostaz Juma Na Musoma, accused him of flossing and faking wealth.
