Comedy group Tuli Bulala faced a near-death experience after surviving a severe car accident on Masaka road. The unfortunate incident occurred while they were traveling in their vehicle, UBG 930M. Seven members of the group, including the well-known Jose Chakala and Patricia Sitya Loss, are currently in critical condition.
Jose Chakala was the first to break the news on his personal Facebook account, sharing a harrowing image of their wrecked car. In his post, he detailed the terrifying ordeal they endured, describing how the accident happened. He explained, “We were just driving when, out of nowhere, the car lost control. Before we knew it, we had crashed.”
Following the accident, local bystanders quickly jumped into action, rushing to the scene to offer assistance. Videos circulating on social media show the passengers’ luggage being offloaded to make way for an alternative vehicle. Despite their quick response, the trauma of the accident left the survivors in deep shock. Patricia Sitya Loss, visibly shaken, could not hold back her tears as she came to terms with the event.
The Tuli Bulala comedy group’s fans, deeply saddened by the news, have been sending messages of support and prayers for their recovery. “We are praying for you, Tuli Bulala. Get well soon!” wrote one fan on social media.
