Eddy Kenzo will retire from music, a field he has dominated for several years and made a fortune from, in a few years.
Eddy Kenzo’s music career began in 2008 with his Yanimba collaboration with Firebase Crew singer Mikie Wine.
If we look at the progress he has made over the years, we might say “he has had it easy,” but he says it took a lot of hard work and determination.
Several hit songs, big albums, global awards, major recognitions all over the world…you name it…
Kenzo has witnessed everything.
Many artists, including those who came before him, aspire to have a career like his.
According to the CEO of Big Talent Entertainment, he will have to step down from the business at some point and allow the younger generation to take over.
In an interview, the 32-year-old singer hinted at calling it quits musically in order to focus on his retirement plan and reap the rewards of over ten years of hard work.
Eddy Kenzo reportedly owns a large number of properties, including a farm in Masaka, where he intends to settle when the curtains fall.
He assures his fans that he is still energetic and will continue to perform even when that time comes, though his primary focus will be on his businesses.
Isn’t that a good plan? But don’t worry, his exit isn’t quite ready yet. He’s still sending us positive vibes.
