Ugandan vocalists Ezekiel (13) and Esther Mutesasira (16) advanced to the semi-finals of Canada’s Got Talent after an outstanding live performance on Tuesday night.
In the semi-finals, the talented stars stunned both the audience and the judges, who erupted in applause and standing ovations.
Singing siblings with powerful voices performed their rendition of Calum Scott’s “You Are The Reason.” The judges feel the full emotion of the song in this incredible Semi-Finals performance when their mother’s image flashes on screen.
“This is how the semi finals went…. Please if you live in Canada we asking you kindly to vote for us to the finale .please. Thank you,” Esther and Ezekiel posted on official page.
The two are competing for a $150,000 grand prize and the opportunity to work with a financial advisor to help them achieve their goals.
The finale will air on Citytv on May 17 at 3 a.m. Ugandan time.
