A group of housewives in Kampala, Uganda, paraded on various roundabouts carrying placards with writings of their grievances with their husbands.
Some of the placards that housewives had had different statements written on them appealing to husbands’ work on them.
A placard reads, “Housewives also want to be taken to Dubai for trips like side chics.”
These wife also want the ‘Kameeza’ money to be increased as well because commodities have risen.
Housewives also stated that they want their husbands to eat home-cooked meals.
Despite their peaceful protest, police arrested some of them, claiming that the protest was illegal.
This is the first time that such a protest has taken place in Uganda.

However women around the world demonstrate showing their disatisfactory in many things including lack of men to marry to, (this happened in America where women claimed that many men turned gay). Others in addition have demonstrated for child neglect, torture, etc.
