Herbert Kityamuweesi alias Crysto Panda, a presenter for NTV Uganda, announced in July 2021 that he will no longer be presenting the T-Nation show beginning next year. This was following reports that he had struck a lucrative deal with NBS TV to cross from Serena to Naguru.
He had told his followers that he hopes whoever takes his position will do the same.
He appeared as a performer on NBS Television entertainment shows a few days after his revelation. When asked by his fans if he was thinking about working for television, he gave them hope by refusing to rake out.
“Currently I work with NTV Uganda , God knows the future. I’m still with NTV, about next year, God knows better,” He said.
Recently, social media rumors circulated that the presenter had already signed a contract to work on the NBS After 5 show, which never materialized.
The station unexpectedly hired Sheilah Gashumba, leaving the Crysto Panda rumour unanswered.
Other rumors circulated that after learning that Panda was leaving, NTV Uganda management offered him a new contract with a high salary, thereby canceling the NBS Television contract.
Panda, on the other hand, has given his fans renewed hope via Instagram.
