Wycliffe Tugume alias Ykee Benda, a singer, is thinking about converting to Islam so that he can marry four women.
While giving food to Muslims in Kireka during Eid-Mubarak celebrations, the Mpaka Records boss revealed his plans to convert to Islam.
During an interview with the media, the “Farmer” hitmaker revealed that he loves the Islamic religion because of the benefits it provides, such as the ability to marry four women, which is not possible in other religions.
He went on to say that he admires how co-wives in Islamic marriages can coexist without conflict, which is uncommon in other religions.
Ykee Benda is a father of one, and his relationship is said to be on-and-off, which is why he is thinking about converting to Islam.
Other artists who have abandoned their religions to convert to Islam in the past include Geosteady and Vicent Seggawa, among others.
