Celebrated events MC and TV personality, Edwin Katamba, famously known as Mc Kats, has strongly criticized singer Alien Skin’s recent statement regarding Champion Ogudo’s return to Kawempe, dismissing it as a mere ploy to gain public sympathy.
The controversy began when Champion Ogudo was awarded a bursary to Kampala Parents School, an opportunity that Alien Skin refused to honor, leading to a dispute over the child’s custody, initiated by Ogudo’s father, Mr. Kibuuka Godfrey.
Mc Kats attempted to mediate in the situation, but his involvement seemed to exacerbate matters as he engaged in a heated exchange of insults with Alien Skin during a TikTok Livestream. As the drama unfolded, Mr. Kibuuka Godfrey filed a child abuse case against his ex-partner, Nambassa Hadijah, at Kawempe Police Station (SD Ref: 58/24/08/2023).
Under mounting pressure, Alien Skin eventually claimed that he had returned Champion Ogudo and his elder brother to Kawempe, supposedly for their parents to resolve their differences and regain custody. However, Champion Gudo’s father vehemently disputed Alien Skin’s assertions, maintaining that his children were nowhere to be found in Kawempe.
Taking to Twitter, Mc Kats urged Alien Skin to cease his manipulative games, asserting that Ogudo was neither in Kawempe nor with his father. He disclosed that Kampala Parents was still willing to provide Ogudo with educational support and accommodation.
“Let’s Stop All these Games The Boy is Nowhere to be found in Kawempe for two days nor is He with his dad Please Anyone know where Gudo is VUKampala and ReachDrMuganga Are willing to House Him n Educate Him Stop your Sympathy Chasing Games” Mc Kats firmly stated.
