Entertainers Rewards Mc Kats Money On His Birthday

As MC Kats celebrates his birthday today, a number of entertainers have decided to give him money, this follows a request from his coworker Sheilah Gashumba to reward him with money.

Sheilah took to Twitter to say that people should be given their flowers while they are still able to hold them. She then charged everyone in the entertainment industry with awarding the MC at least Shs 500,000 each.

“Let’s give people their flowers while they can smell them; 500,000 birthday challenge for @mckatsug from everyone in the industry ( his birthday is 1st June). He is always pushing for Ugandan music!! So the challenge begins at midnight!! 500k – 0782877897,” Sheilah Gashumba asked entertainers to reward Mc Kats.

And, as Kats has been in the industry since the dawn of time, a plethora of entertainers have passed through his hands. A number of celebrities answered the call and began sending money to Kats.

Among those who sent money to MC Kats was comedian Alex Muhangi, who sent Shs 705000. TNS CEO Jeff Kiwa contributed Shs 500,000. Cask Lounge and Restaurant donated Shs 1 million to the Uganda AIDS Commission ambassador, and Nina Roz contributed Shs 500,000.

Others, both fans and members of the music industry, are still sending him money. Kats also asked his followers to tag anyone so that they could send him money to finish his children’s house.

Many artists only have lovely stories to tell about Kats. This is because he was a rock in their careers when no one believed them. Essentially, many more will send him money because they adore and respect him in Uganda’s music industry.
