On May 23, 2025, the legendary Ugandan musician Kabuye Semboga will celebrate 42 years in the music industry with a lavish concert at the Kampala Serena Hotel. Presented by Balunywa Promotions, this highly anticipated event promises an incredible evening featuring an all-star cast and exceptional production quality.
At a press conference held at the Kampala Serena Hotel on March 19, Juma Balunywa of Balunywa Promotions described the upcoming concert as a historic moment for Ugandan music. He emphasized that the event will honor Kabuye Semboga’s rich legacy by providing an authentic and high-quality live performance experience.
Semboga assured his fans that there will be a live band showcase featuring his greatest hits, including “Ebisanyi,” “Kangume,” “Sheila,” and “Fahima.” He described the event as a nostalgic journey through his four-decade career, allowing fans to relive some of Uganda’s most iconic songs.
The event will also include performances by renowned Ugandan artists, such as Aziz Azion, Betty Mpologoma, Mesach Ssemakula, Geoffrey Lutaaya, and Bruno K, with additional surprise performers to be announced.
