Ugandan lawyer, human rights activist, and politician Hon. Mukasa Mbidde has recently hailed Jose Chameleone as the best musician in Uganda. According to Mbidde, no other artist in the country comes close to Chameleone’s exceptional talent and stage presence.
After attending one of Chameleone’s recent performances, Mbidde shared his glowing review of the ‘Sweet Banana’ hitmaker. “Sometimes, I struggle to find the right words to describe Jose Chameleone,” Mbidde said. “Every time you listen to him, he gets better. He no longer competes with any other artist. When he sings, he sounds better than the last time you heard him. He only competes with himself in music.”
Mbidde’s praise didn’t stop there. Hon. Mukasa Mbidde added that Jose Chameleone has become a teacher in the music industry, mentoring others and setting a standard that few can match. “Chameleone is a talent of his own, on his own level, and he should be supported to uplift others,” Mbidde emphasized.
Many music lovers and critics agree with Mbidde’s assessment of Chameleone’s talent. With his unique, hoarse vocals and well-crafted lyrics, Chameleone has undoubtedly solidified his position as the most exceptional musical talent in Uganda.
Chameleone’s ability to blend different languages in his music has attracted a diverse audience across East Africa. This versatility has earned him widespread acclaim and cemented his status as a legendary figure in the region’s music scene.
