In a resounding display of solidarity, Ugandan musicians recently came together at the Ebiseera concert to rally behind the talented King Saha, both on and off the stage. The sold-out event not only showcased the musical prowess of the artists but also highlighted the unbreakable bonds within the country’s music industry.
Singer and politician Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, made waves on social media by cutting short his trip to ensure attendance at King Saha’s concert. True to his commitment, Bobi Wine, alongside colleagues like Nubian Li, Eddie Mutwe, and Hon. Zaake, reserved a table, becoming an integral part of the vibrant audience.
Additionally, throughout the electrifying show, every artist on stage took a moment to acknowledge Bobi Wine, underscoring the collective appreciation for his presence. The unity displayed by the musicians transcended the stage, reflecting a broader sense of camaraderie within the industry.
The star-studded lineup featured exceptional performances from Fik Fameica, Lydia Jasmine, Gravity Omutujju, Carol Nantongo, Sheebah, Karole Kasita, and Mickie Wine, among others. Notable figures like Rema Namakula, Eddy Kenzo, and Chozen Blood added to the star power in the audience.
The collaboration however, between King Saha and Fenon Events, a premier event production company in Uganda, marked a significant milestone. The concert boasted a meticulously designed stage, stunning screens, and impeccable sound and lighting, courtesy of Fenon Events.
King Saha’s performance was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing his extraordinary vocal abilities. The show, which kicked off at 6:30 PM and wrapped up at 1:30 AM, left a lasting impression on attendees. King Saha, acknowledging the overwhelming support, promised a larger venue for future events, recognizing the need to accommodate his expanding fan base that Africana, the current venue, could no longer contain.
Finally, the Ebiseera concert not only celebrated King Saha’s musical prowess but also became a symbol of unity and collaboration within Uganda’s vibrant music community.
