The question of God’s existence has been a topic of debate for centuries. While many people believe in a higher power, there are others who question the concept of God. One such person is Nince Sekyanzi Henry, also known as Karma Ivan signee Nince Henry, who recently shocked many when he revealed that he doesn’t believe in God.
In a Facebook post, Nince Henry expressed his disagreement with the idea that everything that happens is predetermined by God. He argued that people should focus on living in congruence with the highest value, which is truth, rather than relying on the decision-making of a supreme being. He also questioned why God is always referred to as “He” and not “She.”
Nince Henry’s views have caused quite a stir, with many people expressing their disagreement with him. However, others have applauded him for speaking his truth.
“There’s no God!
I don’t know why they had to teach people that there’s a supreme being somewhere called God and everything is predicated on his decision-making!
They would have created a concept that gets human beings to understand that the manifestation of something like that is in your own individuality and the extent to which you live in congruence with the highest value which is TRUTH!
I have no problem with institutionalizing faith! But the teaching would have focused on Love Faith and Hope!
Rather than a higher power waiting for you on a judgement day!
I don’t like this thing of
He knows
He is the king
He…, He blah blah
Why is it a He? Not a She?
No
We’re not as simple as our physicality!
How clean and truthful you live your life, is how God manifests in you because it has to be a sum of values. Social values for example.
That’s why I think Islam should be the best doctrine to teach you how close you can get to the cleanest person of you/ best manifestation of God.
God is not some sort of authority like religion teaches.
You are the God yourself!
You have to live life in a way that allows that to manifest!
Thanks!” He posted.
As one Twitter user said, “I don’t agree with Nince Henry’s views on God, but I respect his right to express them. We need to have open and honest conversations about these things without resorting to hate and name-calling.”
Another user tweeted, “I think what Nince Henry is saying is that we need to take responsibility for our own lives and not rely on some external force to make things happen. It’s a valid point.”
While Nince Henry’s views may be controversial, they are not new. Many philosophers and thinkers throughout history have questioned the existence of God. As the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche once said, “God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him.”
Regardless of whether one believes in God or not, it’s important to respect other people’s views and beliefs. As the writer Voltaire once said, “I do not agree with what you have to say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.”
In the end, the question of God’s existence may never be fully answered. But what we can do is strive to live our lives with love, faith, and hope, and treat others with kindness and respect, regardless of their beliefs. As Nince Henry said, “You are the God yourself! You have to live life in a way that allows that to manifest!”
