Source Management singer, Spice Diana, faced an uncomfortable situation over the weekend when some revelers took it upon themselves to touch her inappropriately during her performance. While she was entertaining the crowd in Rukungiri, Spice Diana had no choice but to momentarily pause her act and address the issue directly with the revelers.
It seemed that the enthusiastic fans had become overly excited and began touching her legs and thighs, which she found highly discomforting. Wanting to maintain her dignity and personal boundaries, Spice Diana had to issue a stern warning to the revelers, explicitly stating her disapproval of such behavior.
Unfortunately, even after her clear warning, some fans seemed unfazed and continued to touch her, seemingly oblivious to her discomfort. This called for immediate security intervention to put an end to this disrespectful act.
In her own words, Spice Diana expressed her frustration, saying, “When I said I don’t want to be touched, I meant it. I don’t want to lose my cool. I want all of you to respect my personal space. So let’s control ourselves and not push me to the point of annoyance.”
The incident sparked a conversation among internet users, who raised concerns about the attire worn by musicians and its potential role in encouraging such inappropriate behavior from partygoers. They urged musicians to reconsider their outfits, ensuring they do not inadvertently invite unwanted touching. This incident also occurred to one and only Winnie Nwagi who was even pelted by revelers upon her denial to be touched
