Ndausi disclosed that, in the early days, he stumbled upon Chameleon in Kawempe, engrossed in a game of pool table. Despite being a gifted singer, Chameleon was engaged in washing utensils after meals. Ndausi recognized the raw talent and, driven by his passion for music, decided to catapult Chameleon onto the music map.
Speaking with candor, Ndausi proudly stated, “I was the first person to put Bebe Cool on stage, and he has not forgotten that favor to date. Interestingly, Kasuku even adopted the moniker ‘kuku wazabanga’ from Omulangira Ndausi, showcasing the far-reaching impact of this music maven. Ndausi’s legacy continues to resonate through the industry, a testament to his pivotal role in shaping Uganda’s vibrant music and entertainment landscape.
