Kajjubi Fred Lumbuye, better known as Chemical Ali, is a Ugandan political activist, blogger, social media influencer, and youtuber who frequently criticizes President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni… During his Facebook LIVEs, he also refers to himself as Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Lutesirwa Mutabaani Wakalekezi.
