People who compare Bebe Cool, Jose Chameleone, and Bobi Wine to Diamond Platnumz, according to Gagamel International Entertainment boss Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool, are “ignorant.”
Those who say Diamond is richer and better than the three of them, according to the “Gyenvudde” singer, don’t know what they’re talking about.
He emphasizes that the trio has fared far better than Diamond Platnumz, having spent more than 25 years on the music charts.
“Idealogically Diamond has worked hard. I think it is just ignorance of some people to compare the three of us to Diamond Platnumz. We are way more successful than him. You don’t stay on the music charts for more than 25 years and anyone underestimates you.” Bebe Cool Stated

He also explained how the government intends to turn Ugandan artists’ songs into property. This will allow artists to use their music to obtain bank loans.
He gave an example of how a song could be used as a land title, and how 400 songs by an artist of his stature could be equivalent to 400 land titles.
He also emphasized that measuring someone’s wealth should not be based on showbiz, but rather on how they spend their money and the investments they have made.
Bebe Cool went on to say that the difference between them and Diamond Platnumz is that he operates in social media times, where people consume their content by default.
