Uganda’s best music trio B2C Entertainment features rising emcee MC Africa a.k.a ‘Mr. It’s A Friday’ on their new song titled ‘It’s Okay.’
Amapiano is a house music style that emerged in South Africa in 2012. It is a fusion of deep house, jazz, and lounge music, with synths, airy pads, and wide percussive basslines.
For a few years now, the music style has had a firm grip on the African music scene, with several continental music stars jumping on board.
Azawi, Deejay Crim, Spice Diana, and others in Uganda have already released songs in the Amapiano style.
B2C Entertainment joins an ever-expanding list of artists who have expressed interest in the exciting genre.
They feature MC Africa on ‘It’s Okay,’ who rose to prominence earlier this year for his positive vibes, which helped Pia Pounds’ hit song Tupaate rock the airwaves.
MC Africa has already worked with Pia Pounds and Eddy Kenzo on a big banger, the Tupaate remix.
This time around, he puts more effort into his music art on It’s Okay, a song that will undoubtedly make you dance.
The new collaboration is a feel-good vibe song that is sure to rock the airwaves and even become a club theme song when bars finally open in a few months.
The B2C Entertainment, a.k.a. Kampala Boys, trio has released a few hit songs in recent years, and this could be another to add to the list.
Nessim produced the song, and Zyga Phix directed the video, which features the popular “Squid Games” outfits.
